Internship
In the summer of 2024, I had the unique opportunity to intern with YOUNEEDS, an international marketing company based in Japan. My role focused on digital marketing strategies and website enhancement, allowing me to apply my business and language skills to real-world projects in a different cultural setting.

During my internship, I worked closely with the team on the EDULINX project, where I aimed to boost website traffic and improve conversion rates through SEO and website optimization. My responsibilities included improving page layouts and coming up with a 12 month SEO improvement plan. I also collaborated on refining YOUNEEDS’ website, which previously offered only basic information, working to enhance its appeal and accessibility for a broader audience.
The experience extended beyond technical tasks. I had the chance to join team meetings, network with colleagues in the industry, and gain insight into the collaborative, client-focused approach at YOUNEEDS. The supportive work culture and dedication of my colleagues inspired me to push my skills further and confirmed my interest in a career in international marketing.
